VACCINATION CLINIC EVENT UPDATE
Our pharmacy partner is experiencing a staffing and vaccine supply shortage beyond their control, therefore the West Oak Lane Charter School Vaccination Clinic Event on Sunday, January 2, 2022 has to be limited to only those individuals who attended the December 11th event for their first vaccine dose and are pre-scheduled to receive their second dose on January 2nd. For those individuals receiving their second dose, please remember to bring your vaccination cards with you. Unfortunately, no booster or other shots will be available on January 2, 2022.
The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is aware of the situation and is working to secure another vaccination partner for us. When this is confirmed, we will schedule another vaccination clinic event in the very near future.
