Notice to All PowerSchool Parent Portal Users

Due to recent improvements in PowerSchool, parents are now required to create their own user accounts in order to use the parent portal.

Please, use the following procedure to create your account if you haven't already done so:

• Open your web browser to https://wolcs.powerschool.com/public
• Click on the “Create Account” tab
• Click on the blue “Create Account” menu at the bottom end of the box
• Enter your first and last names in the boxes provided
• Enter your email address, a new username and a new password
• Re-enter your password
• Under “Link Students to Account”
o Enter your student’s name in the boxes provided
o Enter your student’s “Access ID” and “Access Password”
o Contact the School if you do not have your students’ ID and password.
o Enter your relationship with the student in the box provided
o Repeat this process for each of your children at WOLCS
o Click on the blue “Enter” menu at the bottom end of the box
• This completes the creation of your new account
• Enter your new username and password at the “Parent Sign In” page to login
• If you forget your password you can click on the link underneath the password box to reset your password.
