NOTIFICATION OF

FACILITY WALK-THROUGH

 

 

 

 

TO:  ALL INQUIRING BIDDERS

 

 

WHEN:          Wednesday, May 14, 2025

                        2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

 

WHERE:       West Oak Lane Charter School

                        7115 Stenton Avenue

                        Philadelphia, PA 19138

 

PURPOSE:  The purpose of this walk-through is to give each bidder the opportunity to examine the facility and gather any information he/she feels is crucial for pricing purposes.

 

Please provide proof of insurance and at least 5 professional references (preferably from an educational institution) prior to the walk-thru via email ([email protected]) or fax to (215-927-7980).  Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has proven that they meet the insurance requirements and have provided verifiable references.

 

Bids will be due no later than Friday, May 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM. 

 

ANTICIPATED SELECTION SCHEDULE: Determination will be made by TBD. Anticipated date of commencement of service: July 1, 2025
